1. Adding team members

  1. Go to a workspace and head to Members.
  2. Click Add members.
  3. There are various ways to invite members: a. Enter the name of the member you would like to invite to the particular workspace. b. Enter the email address of a non-existing member you would like to invite into the organisation. c. Copy the ‘Bulk invite’ link to share with members of your company to automatically get invited into the Autohive platform.
  4. Send invites, and each person will receive an email to join.

  • Start group conversations with teammates and agents by heading into an agent chat.
  • Use @mention to add members and agents (e.g., @alex).
  • Share files directly via the Agent settings, and agents can read them instantly.

  • @mention an agent will automatically added to the chat so there should be no way for them to miss a mention
