Autohive keeps you informed about important activity through real-time in-app notifications, mobile push, and email alerts. Some notifications are always on, while others can be configured in your preferences.


Notification preferences

You can manage your notification preferences from your profile settings:

  1. Click your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Scroll to the Notifications section.

Account alert emails

Toggle Account alert emails on or off to control whether you receive an email when security-related changes occur on your account, such as a password change or two-factor authentication updates.

Plan alert emails

If you are a plan owner, you’ll see an additional Plan alert emails toggle. When enabled, you’ll receive an email when members are added, removed, or have their role changed on the plan.


In-app notifications

Autohive delivers real-time notifications directly in the app while you’re active:

Mobile push notifications

On the Autohive mobile app, you’ll receive push notifications for approval requests. The notification includes the workspace name, tool name, description, and a link to review and approve or reject the action.

The following emails are sent by Autohive. All emails are sent from Autohive support and include both HTML and plain text versions.
