This document provides a comprehensive overview of all emails sent by the Autohive platform. All emails are sent from Autohive support and include both HTML and plain text versions for optimal compatibility.
Account & security emails
1. Email verification
Sent to new users to verify their email address with a confirmation link.
2. Password reset code
Provides a temporary verification code when users request to reset their password.
3. Workspace invitation
Invites new members to join a workspace with an acceptance link.
Billing & subscription emails
1. Plan renewal success
Confirms successful monthly subscription renewal with plan details.
2. Payment failed - Initial notice
Notifies when subscription payment fails and provides retry information.
3. Payment retry failed
Alerts when subsequent payment attempts continue to fail.
4. Payment successfully recovered
Confirms when payment succeeds after previous failures.
5. Plan automatically downgraded
Notifies when plan is downgraded due to repeated payment failures.
6. Plan upgrade confirmation
Confirms successful upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
7. Plan downgrade scheduled
Confirms when a plan downgrade is scheduled for the end of billing period.
8. Plan downgrade completed
Notifies when a scheduled plan downgrade takes effect.
Credit & top-up emails
1. Manual credit top-up
Confirms successful manual purchase of additional credits.
2. Automatic credit top-up
Notifies when automatic top-up occurs due to low credit balance.
Preferences
- Critical billing and security emails cannot be unsubscribed from at this time
