Setting up a connection

  1. Go to User → Preferences.
  2. Click Connections.
  3. Choose the tool you want to connect.
  4. Follow through with the authentication process.
  5. Choose what Autohive can access.
  6. Confirm that the status under the member access column shows Everyone in… .

Using connected tools

In chats

Ask agents to leverage connections:

  @DriveImporter get ProductRoadmap.pdf from the Content hub.
  

Agents can also save results back to your tools.

In scheduled tasks

When creating a task, specify in the agent instructions actions like Send to Slack or Save to Drive, then choose what information to send.
