Setting up a connection
- Go to User → Preferences.
- Click Connections.
- Choose the tool you want to connect.
- Follow through with the authentication process.
- Choose what Autohive can access.
- Confirm that the status under the member access column shows Everyone in… .
Connections can be used by anyone in a workspace where specified.
Using connected tools
In chats
Ask agents to leverage connections:
@DriveImporter get ProductRoadmap.pdf from the Content hub.
Agents can also save results back to your tools.
In scheduled tasks
When creating a task, specify in the agent instructions actions like Send to Slack or Save to Drive, then choose what information to send.

Managing your connections
