Key features

Page size and paging

Pagination means getting results one page at a time. Your agent can use it with these capabilities:

  • Read Inbox, Read All Mail, and List Emails by Label return 25 emails per page by default.
  • Set a page size from 1 to 500 emails.
  • When more emails match, the response includes a next page token.
  • The agent passes that token back to get the next page.
  • Narrow results with filters before paging through everything.
  • Use Gmail’s search syntax in the query field.
  • Filter by sender, subject, date range, and content.
  • Combine several filters in one request.

HTML email

  • Send HTML emails with links, tables, and lists.
  • Autohive adds a plain text version for older email apps.
  • Use inline styles. Style blocks and scripts are removed.
  • Autohive removes unsafe styling before the email is sent.

Labels

  • Create your own labels.
  • Apply several labels to one email.
  • Filter emails by one or more labels.

  1. Navigate to Your user profile -> Connections or Your workspace -> Manage workspace
  2. Find the Gmail Integration
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm

Data Impact: Existing data remains unchanged in both systems, but sync stops and Autohive loses Gmail API access.
