The Autohive Pipedrive integration connects your Pipedrive CRM with Autohive’s automation platform, enabling:

  • Complete Deal Management - Create, update, and track sales opportunities through your pipelines
  • Contact & Organization Sync - Manage persons and organizations with full CRUD operations
  • Activity Automation - Schedule calls, meetings, and tasks directly from your workflows
  • Pipeline Visibility - Access pipeline and stage information to guide deal progression
  • Note Taking - Automatically log notes to deals, contacts, and organizations
  • Universal Search - Find any item in your CRM with powerful search capabilities

Install the integration

  1. Log in to Autohive and navigate to Your user profile > Connections or Your workspace -> Manage workspace

  2. Locate the Pipedrive Integration card and click Connect

  3. Select your Pipedrive account and click Choose Account

  4. Review and approve permissions. Autohive requests access to:

    • Base: Basic account access
    • Deals: Read and manage deals
    • Contacts: Read and manage persons and organizations
    • Activities: Read and manage activities
    • Mail: Read email data associated with deals/people
    • Users: Read user information
    • Search: Perform searches across items
    • Other: Access to products, recents, leads, calls, goals, projects, and webhooks

    Ensure you approve all permissions required for the integration to function as expected.

  5. Confirm installation - you’ll be redirected to Autohive with “Connected” status displayed


Use the integration

You can now use the integration with your agents, workflows and scheduled tasks!

  1. Follow our Create your first agent guide on how to create an agent.
  2. In the ‘Agent settings’, scroll down to the ‘Add capabilities’ section and turn on the Pipedrive capability. You can choose what individual Pipedrive capabilities to turn on and off.
  3. Once the settings have been selected, begin prompting the agent of the workflow you’d like to achieve with Autohive and Pipedrive!

  • Create Deal: Create a new deal with title, value, currency, and associations
  • Get Deal: Retrieve detailed information about a specific deal

Disconnect the integration

Important: Disconnecting stops data synchronization but preserves existing data in both systems.

  1. Navigate to Your user profile -> Connections or Your workspace -> Manage workspace
  2. Find the Pipedrive Integration
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm

Data Impact: Existing data remains unchanged in both systems, but sync stops and Autohive loses Pipedrive API access.


Uninstall the app

From Pipedrive: You can also uninstall the integration from within your Pipedrive settings under Tools and apps > Marketplace apps.
