Pipedrive
The Autohive Pipedrive integration connects your Pipedrive CRM with Autohive’s automation platform, enabling:
- Complete Deal Management - Create, update, and track sales opportunities through your pipelines
- Contact & Organization Sync - Manage persons and organizations with full CRUD operations
- Activity Automation - Schedule calls, meetings, and tasks directly from your workflows
- Pipeline Visibility - Access pipeline and stage information to guide deal progression
- Note Taking - Automatically log notes to deals, contacts, and organizations
- Universal Search - Find any item in your CRM with powerful search capabilities
Install the integration
Log in to Autohive and navigate to Your user profile > Connections or Your workspace -> Manage workspace
Locate the Pipedrive Integration card and click Connect

Select your Pipedrive account and click Choose Account

Review and approve permissions. Autohive requests access to:
- Base: Basic account access
- Deals: Read and manage deals
- Contacts: Read and manage persons and organizations
- Activities: Read and manage activities
- Mail: Read email data associated with deals/people
- Users: Read user information
- Search: Perform searches across items
- Other: Access to products, recents, leads, calls, goals, projects, and webhooks
Ensure you approve all permissions required for the integration to function as expected.
Confirm installation - you’ll be redirected to Autohive with “Connected” status displayed
Use the integration
You can now use the integration with your agents, workflows and scheduled tasks!
- Follow our Create your first agent guide on how to create an agent.
- In the ‘Agent settings’, scroll down to the ‘Add capabilities’ section and turn on the Pipedrive capability. You can choose what individual Pipedrive capabilities to turn on and off.
- Once the settings have been selected, begin prompting the agent of the workflow you’d like to achieve with Autohive and Pipedrive!

Deal Management
- Create Deal: Create a new deal with title, value, currency, and associations
- Get Deal: Retrieve detailed information about a specific deal
- Update Deal: Modify deal properties including stage, status, and value
- List Deals: View deals with filtering by user, stage, status, or custom filter
- Delete Deal: Permanently remove a deal from Pipedrive
Person Management
- Create Person: Add a new contact person with email, phone, and organization link
- Get Person: Retrieve detailed contact information
- Update Person: Modify contact details and ownership
- List Persons: Browse contacts with filtering and pagination
- Delete Person: Remove a contact person
Organization Management
- Create Organization: Add a new company record with address and ownership

Disconnect the integration
Important: Disconnecting stops data synchronization but preserves existing data in both systems.
- Navigate to Your user profile -> Connections or Your workspace -> Manage workspace
- Find the Pipedrive Integration
- Click Disconnect and confirm
Data Impact: Existing data remains unchanged in both systems, but sync stops and Autohive loses Pipedrive API access.
Uninstall the app
From Pipedrive: You can also uninstall the integration from within your Pipedrive settings under Tools and apps > Marketplace apps.
