Agents can be shared in three ways — with specific workspaces on your plan, via a shareable link, or by publishing to the marketplace.

To access sharing options, open the agent options menu (three dots) and select Share agent.

Share with workspaces on your plan

You can add an agent directly to one or more workspaces within your plan.

  1. Open the agent options menu and select Share agent.
  2. Under Share with workspaces on your plan, select the workspaces you want to share the agent with.
  3. Click Share.

The agent will appear in the agents sidebar for members of those workspaces. Any integrations and linked agents the shared agent depends on are carried across automatically, though new account connections may be required in each workspace.

Editing a shared agent:

If you edit an agent that is shared across multiple workspaces, you will be prompted to confirm before saving. Updates apply to all instances of the agent across every workspace it has been shared to.

You can generate a shareable link that lets anyone with the URL add the agent to their workspace.

  1. Open the agent options menu and select Share agent.
  2. Under Share via a link, click Create link.
  3. Copy the link and send it to whoever you want to share the agent with.

The recipient clicks the link and can add the agent to one or more of their workspaces.

When creating a share link you can optionally configure:

  • Expiry — set the link to expire after a chosen duration (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, 30 days), or leave it with no expiry
  • Max uses — limit how many times the link can be used before it becomes inactive

Leave both fields blank to create a permanent, unlimited-use link. Once a link has reached its max uses or expiry, it will no longer work and the recipient will see an error page.

Publish to the marketplace

Publishing makes your agent publicly discoverable in the Autohive marketplace. Only the plan that created the agent can publish it.
