Plan integrations are third-party service connections managed at the plan level. When connected, they are shared across your entire plan so every member can use them in their agents and workflows without any individual setup. Access them by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left sidebar and selecting Plan integrations.

How plan integrations work

The plan owner connects an integration once, and it becomes available to all members automatically. Integrations that don’t require authentication are available to everyone by default with no action needed.

Connecting an integration

Only the plan owner can connect or disconnect integrations at the plan level.

  1. Find the integration in the list
  2. Click Connect to plan
  3. Complete the authentication flow for that integration (OAuth, custom credentials, etc.)

Disconnecting an integration

  1. Find the connected integration in the list
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the removal

Workspace integrations

Individual workspaces can set up their own connections that override the plan-level connection for that workspace. This is useful when a workspace needs to connect under a different account — for example, a workspace for a specific client using a separate Google account.

How the override works

Autohive uses a workspace-first, plan-fallback model:

  1. If a workspace has its own connection for an integration, that connection is used for all agents and workflows in that workspace.
  2. If no workspace connection exists, the plan-level connection is used automatically as a fallback.

The Account & access column on the workspace integrations page shows the source — it will say Everyone in {workspace name} for a workspace connection, or Everyone in {plan name} for a plan-level fallback.

Managing workspace connections

Workspace integrations are managed from within the workspace itself. Any workspace member can connect or disconnect integrations at the workspace level.

To access workspace integrations, go to your workspace and open the Integrations tab in the workspace settings.

Disconnecting a workspace connection

When you disconnect a workspace connection, the workspace automatically falls back to the plan-level connection if one exists. Any agents that depended on the workspace connection will be shown in a warning before you confirm.
